Delivery/Collection Advice

Self Collect

This constitutes that you, the customer, pick the appliance up from the shop. If you require someone to lift the appliance with, please bring someone.

Doorstep Drop Off

With this option, we deliver the appliance to your doorstep. This does not include removal of existing appliances, removal of packaging or positioning the product.

Delivered to Room

Like the above option, this does not include the removal of the packaging. However we do position the product where you require it. We would need to know also whether this would require it to be lifted up steps as this would require two engineers instead of one. We can remove the existing appliance** free of charge in this instance, however it must be disconnected upon arrival at your home.

Installation & Delivery

This option has all the boxes ticked. We will arrive, disconnect the existing appliance, remove it, then install the new one in its place. We can dispose of the existing appliance** and packaging free of charge.

** Refrigeration requires a charge as we are charged by the council to recycle these appliances.
